An announcement made at the 2014 Dengeki Game Festival revealed that anime Durarara!! will be receiving a second TV anime season.
The second season will be adapting the second arc of the novel series written by Ryohgo Narita. The announcement did not mention Brains Base, which produced the anime's first season, but it was noted that the original cast members will reprise their roles.
