The Girly Air Force stage event at the Dengeki Bunko 25th Anniversary Aki no Dengekisai revealed staff, additional cast, and the first promotional video for the TV anime on Sunday. The series, produced by Satelight, will air in January 2019.

Girly Air Force adapts Kouji Natsumi and Asagi Toosaka's sci-fi action light novel of the same name, which has been published under Kadokawa's Dengeki Bunko imprint since September 2014. The ninth volume went on sale on June 9. A manga adaptation by Takahiro Seguchi will launch monthly in Shounen Ace magazine's December issue on October 26.
