This year's 17th issue of Weekly Shounen Sunday has announced that Kotoyama's Dagashi Kashi will end in three chapters.
Dagashi Kashi has been serializing in Weekly Shounen Sunday since June 2014. There are currently ten compiled volumes released, with the latest volume released this past February. The series was nominated for the 41st Kodansha Manga Awards in the shounen manga category. It received its first anime adaptation by studio feel., which was broadcast in Winter 2016. A second season animated by Tezuka Productions is currently airing.
