The official website for the upcoming Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori TV anime has announced additional cast members and revealed a new PV. The anime is slated for Spring 2018 via Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto and more channels.

Eisuke Kakusaki: Kousuke Toriumi (Dies Irae)
Kinako: Kouhei Amasaki (Tsurezure Children)
The anime will have a special stage along with Konoyo no Hate de Koi o Utau Shoujo YU-NO at the Genco New Anime Stage during the AnimeJapan 2018 on March 24. Junichi Suwabe (Kyousui Tougoku, a.k.a Sui), Yuuichi Nakamura (Tokitaka Nagae a.k.a Tokitaka), and recently announced Tomoaki Maeno (Yakyou Tougoku) will attend the special stage.
