The official Twitter account of the previously announced TV anime adaptation of Sakon Kaidou and Taiki's Infinite Dendrogram light novel announced three additional cast members.

Kaidou launched his fantasy novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in October 2015. Hobby Japan began printing the novels in October 2016 and released volume nine in February. The anime adaptation commemorates Hobby Japan's 50th anniversary.
