Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Eternal' Reveals Additional Cast



The official website of the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Eternal two-part anime film announced the cast members who will play the Amazoness Quartet on Wednesday. The first part is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on January 8, 2021, following the delay from its original September 11 premiere. The second part will open on February 11 of the same year.

CereCere: Reina Ueda (Kimetsu no Yaiba)
PallaPalla: Sumire Morohoshi (BNA)
VesVes: Rie Takahashi (Isekai Cheat Magician)

Shouta Aoi (Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta...), Satoshi Hino (Overlord) and Toshiyuki Toyonaga (Yuri!!! On Ice) are also joining the cast as Fish Eye, Tiger's Eye, and Hawk's Eye respectively.

Chiaki Kon is returning from the third season of Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal reboot to direct the films. Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken) is penning the script, and Kazuko Tadano is returning as a character designer from the original 1992 anime series. Toei Animation and Studio Deen are co-producing the films.

The magical girl manga by Naoko Takeuchi ran in Kodansha's Nakayoshi magazine between 1991 and 1997. The manga won the 17th Kodansha Manga Award in the Shoujo category in 1993.
