
DMM pictures released the first promotional video for the Dogeza de Tanondemita (I Tried Asking While Groveling) short TV anime on Wednesday, revealing additional staff and broadcast information. The news was also released alongside a new key visual (pictured) on the series' official website and Twitter.
Dogeza de Tanondemita will premiere on AT-X at 11:05 p.m. (JST) on Wednesday, October 14, and will stream on Docomo Anime Store at 11:10 p.m. the same night. Rebroadcasts are scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays on AT-X for the duration of the series, and it will be available on additional streaming platforms to be announced at a later date.

Shinpei Nagai (Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken) is directing the series and created the animated storyboard for the project. Haribote is designing the characters.
The PV features the theme song, "DOGEZA! Do get that!," composed and arranged by Ryosuke Tachibana and Ayato Shinozaki of hardstyle duo Massive New Krew, with lyrics by Sabou Karasuya. It is performed by Yui Ogura, Saika Kitamori, Akane Kaida, and Tomokazu Sugita, who were all previously announced as main cast members.
Dogeza de Tanondemita is an adaptation of Kazuki Funatsu's doujin web manga of the same name, which he began publishing on his personal Twitter account on April 2, 2017. Two arcs from the web manga were compiled into a single volume released on March 30, 2018.
