The official website of the Kai Byoui Ramune (Dr. Ramune: Mysterious Disease Specialist) television anime revealed additional cast, staff, and the first promotional video on Monday. The series is set to premiere in 2021.

Yuuma Uchida (Banana Fish) and Takuma Nagatsuka (Hanada-kun) will be starring as Ramune and Kuro respectively. Uchida is also performing the opening theme "SHAKE! SHAKE! SHAKE!"
The anime is being directed by Hideaki Ooba (D. Gray-man episode director) at Platinum Vision. Youko Satou (Saiyuuki Reload Blast) is designing the characters and Ayumu Hisao (Devils Line) is in charge of the series composition.
Monthly Shounen Sirius serialized the supernatural shounen manga between September 2016 and July 2018 before it switched to Magazine Pocket in December 2018. Kodansha released the third volume in August 2019.
