Singer Aira Yuuki (ASUKA) and angela musician Katsunori Hirasato (KATSU) took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce their marriage.
An announcement letter tweeted by both artists assures fans that they will continue making music and support each other along the way.
Yuuki signed with Lantis and made her anime debut performing the second opening, "colorless wind", for the TV anime Sola in 2007. She recently performed the second ending, "Believe in…," for Violet Evergarden. In addition to her solo work, she has performed as a member of Fairy Story with Yuuka Nanri since 2011.
angela formed in 1993 after Hirasato and vocalist Atsuko Yamashita (atsuko) met in music school. They signed to Starchild in 2002 and have been heavily involved in anisong ever since. In 2018, they performed the opening and ending themes for all six K: Seven Stories movies.
