It has been announced that a second season of "Gatchaman Crowds," titled "Gatchaman Crowds Second," has been green-lit. Details of staff and airing schedule have not yet been given.
It was also announced that the BD/DVD box of the first season will include unaired scenes along with information about NOTE, the main antagonist of the series. The release date for the DB/DVD is scheduled for January 22, 2014.
The first season aired this past summer with a total of 13 episodes.
