At the Mahou Shoujo Site stage event at AnimeJapan 2018 on Sunday, additional cast members for the series were announced. The anime will span for 12 episodes and begin broadcasting on April 7 at 1:55 a.m. via the Animeism programming block on TBS, followed by MBS, BS-TBS, AT-X, SBS, and ATV. Amazon Prime will also stream the series worldwide.

Animated by production doA, Mahou Shoujo Site is an adaptation of Kentarou Satou's psychological horror manga of the same title. The series' ninth volume went on sale on March 8.
Seven Seas Entertainment released the fifth volume of the manga in English last month.
