This year's 16th issue of Evening magazine has announced on Tuesday that Daruma Matsuura's suspense manga Kasane will end in the magazine's 17th issue releasing on August 10.
Daruma Matsuura received the New Artist Award and Excellence Award from Evening magazine in 2009 and 2012, respectively. Kasane then began serializing in April 2013. The manga just published its 13th compiled volume on April 23, 2018 (pictured). A live-action movie adaptation has also been announced, with Kyoko Yoshine and Tao Tsuchiya cast as the double heroines.
Kodansha Comics USA has been digitally publishing the manga in English since May 2017, and the 12th compiled volume was released on May 29, 2018.
