The official website of the television anime adaptation of Marimo Ragawa's Mashiro no Oto (Sound of Snow White) manga revealed supporting cast, the first key visual (pictured), and promotional video on Thursday. The anime series is scheduled to air in Spring 2021 on the Animeism programming block on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS.

Hiroaki Akagi (Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san) is helming the anime at Shin-Ei Animation. Kanichi Katou (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun) is penning the script, and Jirou Mashima (Banana Fish sub-character design) is in charge of the character designs.
Ragawa began serializing the musical drama manga in Monthly Shounen Magazine in April 2010, after publishing a one-shot in December 2009. Kodansha published the 25th volume on May 15, with the 26th volume planned for release on November 17.
