
The official website of Kimi dake ni Motetainda., an original anime film by AKB48 producer Yasushi Akimoto and Nippon Television Network, revealed cast and staff members, along with a teaser trailer and a key visual (pictured) on Thursday. The anime film will open in theaters in Japan on October 25.
Synopsis
The story revolves around five boy who each possess a trait that have negative effects on them. The handsome boys owe a monetary debt to Sakiko Horinomiya, a girl from a rich family. Wanting the money back, she makes them enter the "Motemen Koshien" contest, so they can pay her back using the prize money.
Shun Kudou (Days (TV) episode director) is directing the film at Signal.MD. Mari Okada (Sayonara no Asa ni Yakusoku no Hana wo Kazarou) is penning the script with Nanami Higuchi (Little Witch Academia (TV)) and Akiko Waba (Hisone to Maso-tan). Majiro (Macross Δ) is designing the characters based on Yamako's original drafts.

An audition for male voice actors took place between April and May last year. Hiroshi Ishibashi, Keito Takahashi, Rui Tabuchi, Rikiya Tomizono, and Tomoya Fukui won the audition to play the roles of members of the "High School Children" group.
